Dual booting WinNT 4.0 & Win98

I tried every possible way to dual boot these two OS's. Let me explain my objective. I want 3 partitions. 1(c) will be the boot partition 1.2G with (fat 16) of course. 2(D) will be the WinNT 1.2G with (fat 16) of course. And 3(E) will be the Win98 4.0G with (fat32). Please advise

You have to start with NT, or else with win95.
The problem with 98 is that it installs fat32, which prevents NT to access te computer.

You can install Win98 over NT , or use reverse order.
The boot partition must be FAT16. The NT system files
should be placed in a NTFS-partition.
