DTS Packages???

I need a customer to be able to click a link in their Internet Browser, and SQL to export a record set based on a fairly complex SQL query. I am reading about how to do it in a book, and it says this is possible using DTS packages, but the book doesn't explain how. I am in SQL2000.

does anybody have ANY ideas on how to hook these DTS packages into a browser?
ANY help would be appreciated...

I don't know what DTS packages have to do with outputing SQL Server data to a browser page but here is a great article that talks about the HTTP access to SQL Server 2000
