When I attempt an import of a MS-Access table to SQL Server 7.0 (SP3) via DTS, the wizard complains that it is unable to find the Access Workgroup (MDW) file (or that the file is opened exclusively by another user, ... not so).

I am accessing DTS via the enterprise manager running on the system holding the Access database. A non-default MDW file has been assigned using wrkgadmin.exe.

(1) Is the wizard looking for the MDW on the server system or the source system?

(2) Is it using the location configured using wrkgadm.exe or a default location?

(3) If the latter, is it using the same default as Access97?

Thanks,

Harry
