DTMFB broken?

I can't seem to get the DTMFB Caller Display Type setting on an analog extension to dial the Caller ID to the analog extension in software release 4.1.12 on a 406V2 once the extension goes off hook. It does work if I have it set to DTMFA, but the DTMF tones are dialed before the analog extension starts ringing. Does anyone know if DTMFB is broken?

Yeah, it looks like DTMFB is acting exactly like DTMFF and just dialing the called number and not the Caller ID. It looks like it is broken.
