I have a S8700 with about 1000 IP phones and 100 digital phones. The IP phones are having issues where the DTMF sounds are not always heard and the person assumes that their number dialed has not gone through, but infact the number will register and dial even when you don't hear the tones. I have checked the system-parameter ip-options and it is set to in-band-g711 (which is where I thought is should be). Does anyone else have any further suggestions where I might check settings?
