Option 11c recently upgraded to CS1000E with IPMG's. The latest DEP list is installed. Since the upgrade, the users are complaining of not being able to log into Voice mail ( Octel ). It will take them 3-4 times before the VM will accept the password/mailbox info. I assume this to be a DTMF issue with the switch. I do have a TDS and Conf loop programmed on each IPMG, as well as the DTR's. Any ideas ?
