DTMF ISSUE RELEASE 9.04

Has anyone had DTMF issues with rel 9.04? We are only having issues with DTMF in embedded voicemail. We can dial out, everything else works. Tried to reformat, downgrade, no go? IP 500V2 with 2 combo cards, essential edition, Defective SD Card?

We are in the US and our issue is on a 9508 set simply dialing *8101. We are unable to record the greetings as the dtmf is not being processed. Switched to a 1416 set and had the same issue..I have the same release on a demo unit here and it works great..

That's probably a dodgy SD card that needs reformatting/recreating as oppose to a DTMF based issue

That is what I thought..I did just that, it worked while in house, now same issue when we went to install..

Was the config tested in house the same as the config loaded at site? If not it's probably a config related/config corruption issue

Yes it was, formatted,recreated, upgraded, and reloaded from a separate machine. I am thinking it is my techs laptop with the issue..He is removing and reloading Manager.
