DTI Card & LS/DS Card

I am having a major brain meltdown!

What is the card placement on a MICS 6.1 for one DTI CARD(PRI) and one LS/DS Card? should the LS/DS card be on slot 3 or 4. And what is the correct Module numbers in Maintaince?
