DT800 Auto Configuration

Hi..

I am trying to load configuration file using Microsoft 2012 DHCP server, but every time I get auto configuration download failed on the IP Phone. FTP server is set and working I don't see the system even try and access the FTP server.

I am using:
IP PBX: SL2100
IP Phone: ITY-6D

Could you please help me to solve this issue.

The ITY-6D phone is for a SV-9100 system. You need a IP7[ ]-8IPLD-C1 TEL, or with proper firmware and licensing the newer DT800.
