DT2010 ringer turned off

I have a customer with 2010 handsets and they keep finding the ringer is turned off and just the lamp flashes.

Has anyone come across this problem before.

Any help much appreciated.

we have had a problem with DT's loosing thier rinnger settings on a couple of sites

the *rinnger short code in usere short codes controlls a number of settings on these phones

Variable function range
1 rinnger tone 1 0 to 16
2 ringner tone 2 0 to 16
3 rinnger tone 3 0 to 16
4 rinnger volume 39 to 58
5 step 0= none 1 = small 2 = large
6 internal 0 = off 1 = on 2 = auto answer
7 External 0 = off 1 = on 2 = auto answer
8 Call free 0 = show status 1 = call ext
9 Handset vol 0 to 14
10 Speaker Vol 0 to 15
