DT pickers problem with Vaildate Event

The date time pickers I have on a SSTab are not behaving the way they should. If the validation event fires the focus will remain on the control as long as the user clicks on any control in the tab or anywhere on the form. However, if the user clicks on another tab or indeed on the label of the current tab the date control will lose the focus and the user can continue.

Is this a problem with the DTPicker or the Causes Validation property of the SSTab?

I already have up to Service Pack 5 installed.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

It is not a problem with the DTPicker. This is an acknowledged problem is with the SSTab.

Thank God using the frames worked.

I have spent a couple of days building validation into this rather nasty tabbed form, which nearly went out the window. John
