The most important part of the update process is to create the agent database, then run the agent against the mail databases and the reservations database to update all the calendar entries.

Oh, one other thing - if you're running an SMTP gateway as a smarthost to front-end your Domino server(s), make sure the gateway's clock is correct too.
I also noticed in these upgrades that older (pre-7.0.2) Domino servers did need to be restarted to re-read the system clock.
