if you mean to go in and do a -rc - then monthly or at changes
check timesync - everynow and then normally weekly ok
check obits - monthly or if probs
check sync - weekly monthly
a lot of these depend if tree is static or dynamic
unattended or some kind of repair - if i have a prob
if no probs then i dont run it
You know, this is actually a question that is addressed in the CNE training manuals.
From Page 64 of the NW6 CNE Update Manaual
You should run regular health checks to keep eDirectory running smoothly and to make upgrades and troubleshooting much easier.
In general, if your network doesn't change often (for example, servers and partitions are only added every couple of months, and only simple changes are made frequently), perform health checks weekly.
Adjust the frequecy of health checks as your enviroment changes.

firstly dynamic or static tree - determines frequency
monthly i will run an dsrepair -rc
i will verify time
i will check obituaries processing
i will +s *h to see sync obviously ignoring the standard 698 skulkers
check partitions etc
but to me a full unattended or dbase repair isnt needed if no probs
Ok, I'll try to run it once or twice a year. My tree doesnt get screw that ofen(keeping my fingers crossed time). Thanks alot, I hope I didnt brang a flame war here.
