DSN Military trunk

Anyone out there try connecting a military DSN trunk to IP Office? I have one connected as a regular analog line trunk. The receptionist has a line appearance button for the trunk. It works for outbound calls and she can recieve calls from the local base on that trunk - but external (to the base inbound calls) just ring and ring. The trunk light flashes momentarily as if there was an incoming call - then goes back to normal for an idle trunk. The digital phone the incoming line is routed to - never rings. I don't believe Avaya makes a DSN trunk module for the IP Office. We are using a regular ATM 4U.
