Hi all

I have an problem , when anyone calls from remote system ( CS1000M rel. 6) I got H2586 instead of 2502586. It means there is no DSC number.

I have tried to resolve this issue but unfortunately I could not do anything.

Thank you

If you want to remove the "H", then a plugin (14)needs to be enabled first.

From Release 25.15 onwards a number of Product Improvement Patches (PIs) have been built into the software. These are called PLUGINs

To List/Enable/Disable these PLUGINs use the following commands

First login to pdt. NB All commands are in lowercase

1. To list status of all PLUGINs plp (PLP)
2. To list status of individual PLUGINs plp # (PLP #) where # is the PLUGIN number 0 - 14
3. To enable PLUGIN ple # (PLE #) where # is the PLUGIN number 0 - 14
4. To disable PLUGIN pld # (PLD #) where # is the PLUGIN number 0 - 14

Hi all

first, I would like to thank firebirdscrambler for his post solution , but when I did same problem still there.

Second, I will explain again my issue " I have two site connected to each other through TIE trunk.
And I define LSC xxx for site 1 and yyy for site 2
but when you call from site 1 to site 2 through TIE trunk to specific extension, I got a number containing (DSC + DN) , but the problem is when you call from site 2 to site 1 through TIE trunk to specific extension, I got a number (H+DN). In this case the one who answering the phone in the site 1 doesn't know the calling person.

Is there any way to solve this problem

I appreciate any help

Hi all

For now we have not received any comment about our system's configuration

If there is any answer we appreciate it'

Thank you

Try Site 1 and look at CALL TYPE 'CTYP' in RDB (RouteDataBlock)
Change this to CDP in the ISDN Parameters, see what happens

Cheers!!

Hi SL1M1

I already change it to CDP

but unfortunately the result same (Nothing change)

Thank u

any more notes

OK other areas Could be a DMI setting 'CTYP' / Dchannel/MSDL config needs ForceDownLoad ?

Cheers!!

Sounds like a CLID issue. Compare/post your CLID data in CDB in both PBXs.
