DSA object cannot be deleted-help 1

In AD we had at one time a backup domain controller, it had crashed and we bought a new server to act as the backup. We
named it as something different. The old bdc is still listed in active directory and we are trying to delete it as we have no need for it. We end up getting the following
message
DSA Object cannot be deleted.

Does anyone know how we get delete this?

Yes I had found it after my post, we finally got it deleted.
