I have a G3 V12 switch that I'm unable to use find unused exts using DSA 1.5 I used to be able to do it before upgrading.....I just upgraded from a V8..... is there a need to upgrade my DSA or is there a known problem with this software?

With the upgrade to 12 you should have rec'vd the ASA (next gen of DSA)... Talk to your Business Partner or Avaya to find out where it is.
