Does anybody have this tool for Windows XP, seems I can only find it for MACOS?

Thanks to all in advance.

Nevermind. I found a windows version removal tool. Sorry to bother ya'll.

Where are you seeing .DS_Store files?
The .DS_Store file is a hidden file that is created by the Mac OS X Finder. It is basically an index file containing information about the folder as well as icon positioning for the files inside the folder.

I'm trying to install software a friend of mine loaned me, but 3/4 of the way through install I get a pop up asking me to reload the first disk, find the .DS_Store file then hit ok. But I cannot find anything with that name. Hence, it's a hidden file. So, I guess I'll run the utility after I rip the software to my HD. Should work right?

You have folder options, View, set to show all hidden files?

As a guess, XP does not like files that start with a "."
