DS1FD dropping out

Hi all,

I have set up DS1's for CAS and assigned a number of stations to those ports and agents to the stations in port extensions with AAS=y as it's suppose to work with an IVR.
Hunt groups all set as well.

The problem I'm having is the stations keep going out-of-service.
I have busied and released them but after a short time they go out again.
any one know what it could be?
