DS10 Memory Chips

I just picked up memory chips for my DS10 server. I attempted to insert the chips but they just didn't want to go. They want to fit but something keeps them from seating properly.

I can't figure out if I have the wrong chips?
-or-
Could I be putting the chips in the wrong way.....I presume all the chips face the same direction? New and old.
-or-
I'm just not forceful enough?

One of the things I've learned (the hard way) over the years is.....if it doesn't want to go...don't push. I have a garage full of broken items that I've pushed.

Any thoughts?
