DS1 switzerland 1

Hello everybody,

We put a S8300 with G700 in our custumer desk.
But the problem is we can not call outside.
The sig, the trunk, the IP-Network-Region are done as in the documentation.

Please have you got an idea.

the status trunk 1 show idle/inservice

But when we call out, we have the busy tone.

As we are in Switzerland, we think about the Coutry code. But we haven't the DS1 configuration for Switzerland...

look slike you may have an entry for 0, which may be meesing you up, do you need 0 for anything beside calling out?

There is a 3 second difference between the SETUP that goes out and the denial event 'Recovery on timer expiry'

Looks like we never recieve a 'Call Proceeding' message which is and acknowledgement to the SETUP basically saying "proceed with the call". Therefore, the timer expired (The time we wait to recieve the message)and we cannot proceed with the call.
It is the network provider that is responsible for sending that message, however, a list trace is not good enough to be sure the message went out on the E1, you'll need an analyzer or an MST of the call.

Can you copy in the DS1 config and the trunk group config?

And we need 0 for anything beside calling out because in our feature access code, we have in Auto Route Selection (ARS) - Access Code 1: 0.

We found the solution. It was a bad configuration of the ds1 for Switzerland.
