Drunk mouse

Hello, I'm trying to write simple fun utility which makes mouse cursor behave "drunk", e.g. random reverse directions, shhaking etc, is there a way how to do it ?

Thanx !

P.S. I tried to search forums and found WM_HOOK but filter does not seem to change the painting of cursor, i was just able to filter mouse messages.
