Dropping Tables

Hi,

I would like to know if there is any log or if it is kept somewhere everytime that a user or application drops a table in a SQL Server.

Just in the transaction log. There are no other logs or system tables that keep track of these events. Thus, after a while, or full backup, even the history in the transaction is truncated and lost.

You can buy third party tools, though, that open up the Transaction Log for you to see what's been deleted.

I personally recommend ApexLog (I've only used it in trial), but others recommend LogExplorer.
