I have been getting some complaints from our switch board for a while now about dropped calls. It seems that someone will call in and then get disconnected. Some even said it happened to them 3 times in a row. Then they ask the operator why they hung up on them?
At first I had our CO monitor our PRI’s and look for problems there. They told me it could be trunking between CO’s coming into us that was causing the problems and they didn’t see any problems on our end. I even had someone in-house complain they were hung up on this morning.
It seems this is still going on and now I am wondering if this is something to CM 3.0.1.
I looked through the Avaya site at the Product correction notices and didn’t see anything like our problem. I did see several that mentioned problems between sites (we have 1) and of course all the IP trunking problems (we have none).
Has anyone else had this problem and is their a patch to fix this?? Any help getting this resolved is appreciated.
