DropDownList or ListBox with option to enter Text possible?

Is there a way to use a listbox or dropdownlist with the option to enter Text if what you need to enter is not on the listbox?

Not with the standard HTML controls. You can probably do this with JavaScript though so you could try posting the question in the JavaScript forum
