Hi All,

I have an Excel sheet with a cell that I would like to have data in from another worksheet.

On worksheet 2 in Column A is a huge list of products. I want the user to be able to click on teh cell on Worksheet1 and then have a dropdown of all the contents of Column A from worksheet 2.

The thing is, the Worksheet 2 is a list of products that will change every month.

So my question is, can this be done, and if so, can it be dynamic enough that I don't have to re-specify the length of items every month?

Thx!

Hi,

You can define a DYNAMIC range name using the OFFSET function as defined in mu FAQ

Hi Skip, thx for the tip.

My other worksheet is actually in another file altogether. In this case, how could I use the column from another file?

This is going to be painful...

I can't even find teh Define Name window
