Drives seen in disk management?

I set up a RAID 1 configuration and the mirror drive isn't showing up in disk management.

Does this mean the RAID isn't working correctly? I haven't used this controller's software before so I called Dell's tech support to make sure it was initiated before I installed Windows.

Dell Poweredge400 server, two 40 GB drives, Raid 1 Setup, Win2K3. Need any more info?

By the way, I have a PCI IDE controller for my RAID array. Not a software-based controller.
