Drives keep going offline

Hi,

I have a Dell PE4300, The OS drives 0-0 0-1 keep going into offline state within the PERC BIOS, I have to go in, force them online, they work for a while (a few days, even weeks) and then out of the blue they go offline again and the box crashes.

Has anybody else seen this?

Looks like your perc firmware is out of date, dell had a problem with this a few years ago
