Hello ALL!!

I'm having problems configuring 5 drives with SSO in 5 media servers. After I put all drives shared with all media servers they become down as soon as the jobs came to them.
All machines are w2ksp4 except one of the media servers, that has aix52.
Perhaps the licence manager cuts all new drives that are not licenced, because I have only tree drives with licence, but I don't know!!!

Does any one have a clue on this?

Thanks a lot

If you are only licensed for 3 drives why are you trying to use 5?

Do you have an SSO license?

We are doing all hardware upgrade and at the end, we will licence them, after everithing's working.

Anyway, is there any software other then the normal Media Server, to enable SSO in that server?

Thanks.
Hugo

No, as long as you have a shared storage license on that server it should work fine. I never do SSO through the GUI, I always use the tpconfig command to setup all my devices. I have found that when you use the GUI it gets very buggy.
