dreaweaver forms (file field) HELP ME!!!

in my form the text is transfered correctly but the file (jpeg, gif etc.) is corrupted when i receive at my e-mail adress (yes i have put enctype="multipart/form-data" into my form tag)

i dont know why that doent work???
