Dreamweaver User Profile

Does anyone know which profile name Dreamweaver uses for accessing directories when using local/network to synchronize servers? I'm trying to lock down my server permissions and appearently DW uses a different user profile than admin or the current logged user(with full admin rights). Dreamweaver spits back the error about not being 'able to get the server time, synchronize will not be available'. When I reinstate "Everybody" permissions to full control, it works again. WinXP(local), Win2000Svr(remote).

Try rebooting. Sometimes that error is caused by an incorrect site setting but other times it just "goes away".
