Dreamweaver ( template/timeline problem)

Hi, I've not used a forum before so bare with me.

I am building a website using a template that includes a .jpg slideshow built using a timeline that needs to be on every page. The problem is, when I apply the template to a page the timeline doesn't run therefore not showing the images. It just shows the image placeholder as if it cant find the images.
