Dreamweaver slow to save

Hello,

Dreamweaver takes a full minute to save a single page. This doesn't usually occur when I first launch Dreamweaver, however, after a few hours it takes forever just to save, and I can't get back to work after a full minute or so.

Any ideas? :)
