Dreamweaver and PHP/MySQL

I've got a strong PHP/MySQL background and I really do like what I can do with the Trial version of DW/FW MX.
Gonna go grab Studio MX. Its worth the price. My question is how hard is it to do dynamic sites in DW using MySQL. I got the feeling that it was more geared to ASP/Access. I know I can do PHP pages in it, anyone have a thought?

I just started using it for php and it aint that hard it flows seamlessly and works great.
