Dreamweaver able to preview different resoltions, mine isn't working..

Any idea why if I go to my status bar and drop down the many choices I should have they are all greyed out? Anyone else ever have this problem? This would be a great feature as I program on my pc using 1400X1050, but my users are typically using 800X600 or 1024X768
