Dreamweaver 8 - No table box! 1

A user called me and I can't figure this one out. When he tries to insert a table, no matter which method or button he uses, he does NOT get the table dialog box anymore. Dreamweaver automatically inserts a table of its own proportions.

My suggestion to him was to either reinstall or call Macromedia.

Anyone out there know the answer?

The only thing I can think of is to make sure that the "Show Dialogue when inserting objects" option is selected under the General preferences tab.
