Am going through some training material and working with frames and framesets in Dreamweaver 8. Within a frameset, set up a text link in left frame to open up in right frame. Targeted to 'right' frame. In preview in IE6 and Netscape Browser 8.1 opens in a new window, as if _blank is the target, YET in Opera 9, works correctly... Any help on how IE and NB might handle this instruction?
