My advice is to start with the online help files. They are very comprehensive. You may also find a simple beginners book helpful e.g. the Dummies series, but it is really a question of personal preference.

I've never used anything but the online help and never have had a problem. There are also tutorials included with the program.

Best way to learn the program is just to use it as well. Try it out at your company, or download a demo copy and just play with it to see what you can do.

Good luck!

Stuart

I've never used Frontpage, but come across plenty of sites built with it. Pretty dodgy, especially the marquee stuff that doesn't work in NS.

The Dreamweaver Bible is the best book for DM4 beginners and intermediate users. Plenty of stuff in it that is simply not covered in the tutorial, plus you get easy acess to a heap of extensions.

Extensions are what makes Dm4. I would be lost without them.

Get the bible, but prepare to have to play around.

PS.

Thanks fellas
