dreamweaver 3 toolbar

hi,
Hope someone can help
i have a user that has dreamweaver 3 installed (old i know but corporate standard) the problem is they dont have any toolbars only the standard file menu.

is anyone able to point me to the option to bring the default toolbar back???

Window Menu has most of the panels
Modify Menu has the Selection Properties box

Read your DW manual
