We have developed some computer based training using Macromedia's Dreamweaver 4.0 and IE 5.0. We have some behaviors in them that use onMouseOver - Hide/Show layers. Which work fine in IE 5 - then our company upgraded to IE 5.5 and the rollovers don't work. BUT...I tried adding color to the "transparent" layer and now the rollovers work.
This is really baffling to me - why adding color to a transparent layer would make it work - how can I use a transparent layer to get the effect I need.
