Drafts folder populated with "All Documents?" 1

I have a user whose DRAFTS folder contains the "All documents" view - has anyone heard of this? How can this be remedied?
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Do a refresh of the design (go to File/Database/Refresh Design).
Be sure to specify that the template is taken from the server.
