Dr. Watson error when using Outlook

The application, outlook.exe, generated an application error The error occurred on 10/26/2004 @ 14:41:23.316 The exception generated was c0000005 at address 77A8B6F3 (SetConvertStg)

Operating system is Windows 2000, Outlook 98.

This problem only happens about twice a week.

ANy suggestions?
