Dr Watson Error when Exporting data to Excel - Urgently need help!!

I Don't know what happened overnight but now every time I export data to Excel I get Dr Watson appearing and the error message:
An application erro has occurred...

MSACCESS.exe
An application error has Exception: access violation (0xc0000005), Address: 0x30188a36

Then the database shuts down...arrrrggghhhh!

Can someone please explain why this has appeared and more importantly how to fix it.
