Dr Watson error in Word 2000

A user of mine is getting the following Dr Watson error message when using Word 2000:

WINWORD.EXE
Exception: access violation (0xc0000005), Address: 0x65009bee

The user is unable to determine a sequence of events that results in the error, nor can she replicate it at will.

Has anyone seen this problem?

What further investigative work should I do?

This happened on my machine; the problem went away when I coincidentally switched the RAM DIMM out.
