Dr Watson Application Error with ie 6 and nt4

I've just rebuilt a nt server 4.0 running sql server ie6 and sp6

When I try and run ie6 i get the eror - An application error has occured and an application error log is being generated
explorer.exe
Execption: access violation (0xc0000005),Address: )x77f7d18e
