Hi,
I am getting this problem when backin up data to a specific drive.
[Warning] From: BMA@cccs087.ccc.cambridgeshire.gov.uk "Drive4_cccs087" Time: 16/12/2007 09:59:19
The device "Drive4_cccs087" could not be opened("Device could not be accessed")
[Normal] From: BMA@cccs087.ccc.cambridgeshire.gov.uk "Drive4_cccs087" Time: 16/12/2007 09:59:19
Starting the device path discovery process.
[Critical] From: BMA@cccs087.ccc.cambridgeshire.gov.uk "Drive4_cccs087" Time: 16/12/2007 09:59:21
[90:1004] Device address not found.
We have 2 cell managers both with differing SCSI ID's for drives. Drive 1 & " have SCSI ID's which match but drive 3 & 4 have different SCSI ID's, as you can see the drives with different SCSI ID's can be writen to.
Cell manager 1 I assumed has all the correct SCSI id's and appears to be a master, manager2 is the node with differeing SCSI addresses and consequently is failing.
Any help would be good.
James
