Downloading Updates

I am needing to update my severs. Is there a way to down load them during the day and then install them at night. Can I do them from the server side or do I have to go the microsoft website?

Also, I was able to get on the internate with one of my severs, But I can not get on the internate with the other two. any sugestion would help.
