What is your network look like? Let us know the diagram, WAN connections, and any kinds of access-lists, etc that could affect it.

okay so here is the deal my internal ip's are 89.x.x.x and my wan ip's are 192.168.x.x. at our office we have a cisco 3600 and 1700's at the branches....they talk to my 3600 over a frame relay connection on several serial subinterfaces....is that enough info?

Well, all you should have to do is a "copy tftp start". Then it will ask for the IP for the TFTP server. It really doesn't matter what connections it travels over, just as long as there is a route to the network of the TFTP server. Let us know the IP of the TFTP server, and then some config's from your routers would be nice.... As long as you can ping the TFTP server, then you should be able to upload/download to it.
