Downloading Bootflash locally through ROMMON

i accidentally erased my boot flash img from a 2948 catalyst switch.

i'm trying to update it in rommon off a local PC but keep getting an error saying file not valid executable. i'm using hyper terminal as my terminal emulator.

could anyone tell the procedure to do this from rommon???

r u sure u got the right file for your hardware.. check for extreme compatibility and file size..
