Download speed

Hi guys,

does anybody know how to limit my bandwidth to about 1 - 2 kb when downloading anything from the net? We are using one internet connection which is shared on our server. i dont want to compromise our internet when i download something.

any ideas

Use a download manager? I use Reget which has option where you can set maximum bandwidth used (think others do too).
